Fncore, Inc. built the McHoops app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by Fncore, Inc. at no cost and is intended for use as is.

TrueDepth API

Our app uses your device’s cameras which may detect your face or body, detect objects in your room, or calculate the distance between your phone and objects near you while you’re using the app. This data is used to generate an Augmented Reality overlay of your environment. This data is used by our app to render graphics on your face or body in Augmented Reality or render virtual objects in spaces in your room.

Our app makes use of automatically collected information using the device camera and the TrueDepth API provided by Apple.

We do not save or collect any images, biometric data, or video from your device’s cameras without your consent. None of the information collected by the TrueDepth API ever leaves the user’s device.

We do not share any video or data generated by our app with any third parties.

Required and Optional Information

Some information that we collect is required for the app to work, but other information is optional. Required information is needed for the app to work, and optional information will not be needed by the app to work but the experience may not be as rich without optional information.

Camera permissions are required for the app to work.

** Third Party Information Collection and Use **

The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.

To be able to offer our services for free, we embed third-party ads within our mobile app using the Google AdMob SDK.

Data of our mobile users remains anonymous to us and the third party ad agencies.

To improve the performance of AdMob, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect certain information from apps, including:

  • IP address, which may be used to estimate the general location of a device.

  • Non-user related crash logs, which may be used to diagnose problems and improve the SDK. Diagnostic information may also be used for advertising and analytics purposes.

  • User-associated performance data such as app launch time, hang rate, or energy usage, which may be used to evaluate user behavior, understand the effectiveness of existing product features, and plan new features. Performance data may also be used for displaying ads, including sharing with other entities that display ads.

  • A Device ID, such as the device’s advertising identifier or other app- or developer-bounded device identifiers, which may be used for the purpose of third-party advertising and analytics.

  • Advertising data, such as advertisements the user has seen, may be used to power analytics and advertising features.

  • Other user product interactions like app launch taps, and interaction information, like video views, may be used to improve advertising performance.

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
